Cannot find subscription in account after factory reset laptop

A few days ago I had to reset my laptop, losing all the downloaded applications. I figured I would be able to reinstall adobe since I have a subscription that is renewed as of today. If I log in to my account (the one where the confirmation of the renewed subscription was sent to) I cannot find any existing subscription and am only able to download a trial version or buy the application.

 

Can someone tell me how to find my subscription and download the applications I am already paying for?

If it doesn't work, then you need to contact support.
Login to your account and navigate to the URL below. Make sure that the browser has cookies enabled, and all script blockers are disabled.

Click on the chat icon on the bottom right, and type AGENT to avoid bots and talk to a human.
