Cannot fully download a trial of Master Collection CS5.5

I want to download a trial version of Master Collection CS5.5 onto my computer, but the download assistant doesn't seem to be working correctly. The download bar gets to 20.98% downloaded, then just stops. I've tried pausing, but it refuses to resume, turning off Firewall has no effect. I have no idea what the problem is. It downloads other products fine.

Anyone out there who can help please?

Hi,

What operating system are you using?

Do you have enough disc space in the location you are downloading the files to?

This link has steps to troubleshoot issues with the Download Assistant : Troubleshoot Adobe Download Assistant

I would also recommend creating a single folder on your desktop and downloading the files into that folder.

Hi, I'm running Win XP SP3. I was downloading the files to my portable hard drive, which had 290gb free space. I've downloaded all my other Adobe software to the same location before, with no problems.

I'll try downloading to the desktop as you say, and see what happens.
