Cannot ge help
I'm ready to go to Best Buy to return my first time bought Adobe Premier Elements 11. My computer will not accept my Redemption Code and, therefore, I have no Serial Number. I have tried for over 4 hours to figure this out myself and to find help from Chat. Nothing. Has anyone experienced this kind of problem? If help is not available or so difficult to get, then another product will be better for me. I work and I'm super busy! Is this lack of support common for Adobe? Thank you.
