Cannot Get Acrobat Elements 11 to Install with serial number

Hi : I have Acrobat 11 Elements purchased in a physical box from Costco, and I cannot get the program to install on my PC. I registered the s/n with Adobe in my online account, and it recognized the code as a valid sn/s for Acrobat 11/Premier 11, but when I go through the installation routine, it says invalid s/s. Any ideas?  -- Ray

    You might be confusing the name of the program, or are at least confusing me with it.  I do not know of any Adobe product called Acrobat Elements.  There is Photoshop Elements 11 and Premiere Elements 11, and then there is Acrobat Pro XI.   MAke sure you are trying to install the right application.

    Hi Ned:

    You are right, I goofed up the name when I was posting. In the meantime, I found the answer, which was that I had to install from the setup program in the root of the CD-ROM, rather than using the setup file within the Photoshop Elements 11 sub-folder. Don't ask me why this makes a difference, but it got installed when I did it the other way. Thanks, Ned, for taking the time to he,lp me out; I really appreciate it!  -- Ray
