Cannot get apps to install/sync/or update Error 125

In creative cloud I cannot get a user's apps to install, sync, or update. They all bomb out with a Error 125 or "Installation Failed" It says to install sync but that doesn't appear to be an option anywhere either.

 

Nothing has changed on our network, out firewall, our security etc. This is not a new computer nor did anything change. This just stopped working.

I can connect to the computer with no issues, all other software works fine, just not Adobe Creative Cloud.

 

Please assist if you can.

what's your default browser?  is it updated?

Chrome and yes, but this is the desktop client.
