Cannot install Adobe Creative cloud and cannot delete it

Question

Please help. During software update (for windows &#128526; the computer was shut down. There was an error of updating: C000003A. After I returned to the previously saved configuration (if I correctly understand it) I tried to install all my programms once more (Office, Adobe creative cloud, etc.) While installing Creative cloud the installation terminated saying that the previous filed were not correctly deleted) I deleted Adobe file according to the instructions of Adobe and also deleted them with CC Cleaner.  Doesn/'t work. I can't either install my Adobe or delete it and reinstall . This is text from Adobe:Exit Code: 7 Please see specific errors below for troubleshooting. FATAL: DF057: Check and correct file & parent directory permissions of C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Installers\uninstall\{56DCC6F4-322E-42DA-A5DA-26BAD28C1E10}.db and then try again. In this case , it is better to perform clean re-installation of Creative Cloud app and then try to install Photoshop cc.

Follow below steps :

Uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud only .

Creative Cloud Help | Uninstall the Creative Cloud desktop app

Restart Computer after uninstalling Creative Cloud app. Make sure Adobe Creative Cloud is not listed under Control Panel > Program and Features. list.

Disable Firewall Temporarily. [ Optional step ]

Step 1 :

Open C:drive and navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\ " Common Files" \Adobe.

Open Adobe folder and delete folders named Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.

Step 2:

Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe.

Open Adobe folder and if present delete Adobe Creative Cloud folder. [**important]

Unable to delete??? rename it to Adobe Creative Cloud-old.

Step 3 :

Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) along with R button together at a time , you will get a run command window.

Type in below command and hit 'Enter' key.

appdata

Then navigate to Local>Adobe.

Open Adobe folder and delete folders named AAMUpdater and OOBE.

Step 4 :

Run Adobe Cleaner tool and if present remove below mentioned options only:
Creative Cloud desktop
Adobe Photoshop cc
Adobe Application Manager

Step 5:

Then download and install Adobe Creative Cloud application and check.

Once you download Creative Coud Setup.exe file , right click on it and select "Run as Administrator" option.

Once the Adobe Creative Cloud app is installed , Sign in and try to install Adobe Photoshop CC again.
