cannot install Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2018 v12.1.2

every time I try to install premiere pro 2018 I receive this message:

"sorry installation failed" this version of adobe creative cloud is not compatible with the installer. " error code 188.

I have tried to reinstall the latest creative cloud but fail. I have already installed premiere 2017 , mac os mojave. Please let me know how to do.
