Cannot install any CC applications

So recently I went through and deleted a few things from my laptop including all of my adobe/cc products. I may have tampered with something and now I cannot install any applications at all. I was able to get Creative Cloud but besides that I just get errors that will tell me that I'm missing components required for installation.
I'm using a mac running on macOS High Sierra version 10.13.6

Run the CC Cleaner Tool.
Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems
Make sure your OS has all the latest High Sierra updates.
Check that your computer meets minimum system requirements to run Creative Cloud software.
