Cannot Install CC Update For August

I cannot install CC destop update for August.

It says there is an issue: it says another version of creative cloud is running on my desktop. Quit it and retry.

Do I uninstall the present creative cloud and reinstall?

It won't update.

This happens when there is a service of creative cloud running in background and generally when you restart your machine and run the update it works.

Please restart your machine and run the update and it will work.
