Cannot install Creative Cloud for first time on windows 11.

i cannot install creative cloud on windows 11. brand new pc. Want to install craetive cloud so i can then install other apps. when i run setup it says that another installer is already running. i go to task manager and nothing is running.

I have read many discussions, but i have no apps to run cleaner on, or any apps installed to delete opm.db file.

I have downloaded the zip file extracted and run setup as admin.

I do not know what to do at this point.

Thanks, Jose, make sure you install on a computer that you have unrestricted access to if this is a first-time installation. Error 87 means that the installer was blocked; try rebooting the computer and installing it again. For more info, see https://adobe.ly/3Sw2wPZ. ^JW
