CANNOT INSTALL ON MAC

How do I get in touch with ANYONE about this Photography subscription?? I have been trying to install Photoshop and Lightroom on my Mac multiple times and it will not install. I have tried various ways of trying to contact someone ... anyone to talk to to get refunded and stop the subscription for a product I cannot use. The one communication I got back said I had to pay for a year’s subscription price IN ORDER TO CANCEL A PRODUCT I CAN’T USE!!! Why is it so hard to contact a living breathing person? They have no problem taking my money. If anyone knows a number I can actually call and talk to someone directly, please give it to me!!

Do you try to install under a user with Administrator rights? Do you get any error messages?
