Cannot install Photoshop 2020

I had some problems with photoshop and as a consequence I deinstalled it completely. Now I tried since two days to install it again but it always stopps - sometimes at 44%, 68%... What should be the problem? Our It support said, there is no problem with the firewall.

Using 2020 Saving files gets hung up between 25% & 40% saved. Won't let you Quit or Force Quit. Won't let Mac shut down. Have to hold button in to force computer shutdown. 2019 works as normal.

It is a big mess. We tried everything. Deinstalling all programms, deacitvating all firewalls, using adobe cleaner. NOTHING works. Ist stopps at 45%. Support couldn´t help at all. I am wirking with Windows.
