Cannot Install Photoshop Elements 2019

Hi,

    

     I bought Adobe Photoshop Elements 2019 as a disc and put it into my Windows 10 (64 bit) PC and opened the installer, downloaded the software, and I got a message saying (Installation Complete: Unable to launch the product automatically. Please quit and launch manually.) that I needed to launch manually, and I exited and found a shortcut on my desktop, opened it, and it displayed another error message saying that The file was either moved from its original location or deleted from the system.

     I next tried the link on the back of the disc cover and it took me to another installer that downloaded a .zip file. When I opened it, there were several folders and two links, one of which I clicked and opened, displaying yet another error message saying that I needed to reinstall the product because of a 'damaged file". I am now completely confused.

    if your desktop shortcut still is there and it still fails, in your search field next to the start button, type photoshop and click on pse 2019.

    if your desktop shortcut still is there and it still fails, in your search field next to the start button, type photoshop and click on pse 2019.
