Cannot install Photoshop without paying for it again?

Question

Photoshop was having this issue where it wouldn't open so  I started to uninstall it so I could reinstall it (windows 11) and now I can't even find the app on Creative Cloud to install and if I click on it in the store it wants me to pay for it again before I can install it.

Which version of PS are you trying to install that you can't see in the Creative Cloud Desktop app. FYI only the last two versions are supported by Adobe and are available for download via the CC app. For versions till CC2019 you can try downloading from https://prodesigntools.com

For versions CC2020 and beyond you need to contact Adobe support and ask for the download links
