Cannot Install Premiere Elements

Constantly get "not found" notices for MSVCP140.dll  and  VCRUNTIME140.dll near end of install sequence.

Deleting and reinstalling is not working - that was the only suggestion that popped up. I had the same issue trying install the 30-day trial, so I purchased the software from the Adobe site. Any ideas? Adobe - help me out here!

That is a Microsoft problem...

Go to http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/default.aspx and type in the search bar at the top  "C Runtime" to find and re-install the C runtime Libraries.

-or direct to https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads

I actually had the same issue but I notice that Adobe's digital certificate was expired on 2/3/2021. Maybe that's also a problem may be why we couldn't download it.
