Just purchased the newest version of PSE yesterday as a download. It will not download!  -says that Adobe is still processing order? I've gone through the steps that the trouble shooting suggests - no luck. What now? Can I get a refund?

    hi,

you should allow 1 business day for processing.  it's monday morning at adobe hq.

you can check your account to monitor your order status: https://accounts.adobe.com

in the meantime, you can use pse18 now by installing the trial.  after you obtain your serial number, you can activate that trial to the full version:

Single user licensee downloadable installation files available:

    Updates

    • Download and installation help for Adobe links

    • Download and installation help for Prodesigntools links are listed on most linked pages.  They are critical; especially steps 1, 2 and 3.  If you click a link that does not have those steps listed, open a second window using the Lightroom 3 link to see those 'Important Instructions'.

And a big thank you to Jim @ Prodesigntools for helping me with these links!
