GDLLC can you please review the installation logs for Illustrator CC to confirm there are no installation errors.  You can find information on how to locate and interpret the installation log files at Troubleshoot install issues with log files | CC - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-install-logs-cc.html.  Please feel free to post any specific errors you discover to this discussion.
