Cannot log into Creative Cloud

I have Adobe CC for which I pay £9.98 each month. I have recently upgraded the motherboard on my PC and now find that I can no longer access CC. I have th eoriginal serial number from the registration date (2015) but cannot log in. If I sign in it says that I have no paid plans. Can someone please advise what I should do.

I was thinking of cancelling teh existing subscription and starting from scratch, but can find no way of doing this.

check your account to verify your subscription is what you expect and to verify your adobe id, https://accounts.adobe.com

 

if your account shows the expected subscription:

 

sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used to verify your subscription: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

CC doesn't use a serial number.

The old CS programs used a serial number.
