Cannot Log into Install Creative Cloud or Lightroom App

I cannot log into my account to install Creative Cloud or Lightroom desktop apps. When I load the installer, it redirects me to a web page. I log in successfully, but the installer app does not respond. The "sign in here" link does not work (I click on it and it does nothing).

Bonusbrandon, what type of Creative Cloud membership are you using?  Are you using the process listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/download-install-app.html to install Lightroom CC?

I cant believe I am paying for this crap. 
Just like quark, they are ruining the software by being so ass-tight with verification.

 

I cant login to your stupid software with the correct password... I DO NOT want to get a phone verification every single time i log in to an adobe program

 

FIX IT@!
