Cannot login to creative cloud desktop

Hi can someone help me, because currently we cannot login to creative cloud desktop.

did you check your clock and firewall?

 

if you ruled out the clock and firewall problems, reset the cc app and restart your computer:

to reset the cc desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

if that fails, Unable to reach Adobe servers
