Cannot login to PS

This happened once beofe and I don't recall how it was resolved, but it was.  

 

When I attempt to activate the PS icon on my desktop, I've had the monthly pay Photogtaphy Plan) I am asked if I want to start a 7 day free trial.  My monthly subscription is up to date and I have only one Adobe account. 


Can anyone help?
