cannot open Adobe Photoshop Elements 2.0 in windows 10

I keep getting a message "scratch disks full" this is a brand new Lenovo H50 and has plenty of space...I do not want to spend any money on a new photoshop elements this one was enough money..Why can't Adobe fix their product to run with windows 10????

    -also, only CURRENT products will be tested and updated for compatibility with Windows 10

    -so if you have an older program, you update to Windows 10 at YOUR risk of problems

    -you may get CS6 and earlier programs to install and run, or you may not (some do, some don't)

    An idea that MAY work to install and/or run old programs in Windows 10... works for some, not for others

    Hi Jackie,

    Adobe Photoshop Elements 2.0 is a very old software and the operating system you are using is the latest, hence there could be compatibility issues as adobe has not tested these apps on the latest operating systems.
