Cannot pay since Sep 21 2019
Im paying monthly with automatical card payment for my CC subscription. The current month payment was due 22 September, however there was a change in EU banking security rules. So my bank rejected the latest payment as all transactions now require a transaction confirmation via SMS or push message. Since this is an automatic payment, I dont get any SMS but the bank is simply rejecting the payment. No matter how I update the payment method. According to the Bank, I need to make a manual payment so that I will get a confirmation SMS but as far as I can see this is not possible. I dont think Im alone with this problem so can you please suggest how can I solve this issue?
