Cannot re-install Illustrator CC.

I downloaded the free trial of Illustrator CC, and it expired. I purchased it on a monthly payment plan, and now I cannot install it. It says "Up To Date", but I did not download it since I had the free trial.

I've tried Quitting Creative Cloud and refreshing the App page..nothing.  Please help!
