Cannot reach customer service

I have now been on hold for an hour and fifteen minutes. This is insane. I'm trying this as a last resort, but your company should be ashamed of itself. This is a total waste of your paying customers' time. This is my last resort. Get your act together.

I have been given access to a yearly subscription to the Adobe Creative Suite through the university I work for. It is $9.75 for the year.

I currently pay $30 per month to access ACS. I want to switch my plan, obviously.

Your website has stated that I have to pay you $160 to get out of my contract, which just renewed in December. However, since I'm paying you monthly and maintaining your service, I don't see how you expect me to pay 40 times what I'm eligible to pay for your service. I can't decide which is more absurd: waiting on hold for an hour and fifteen minutes to get a simple question, or you holding my credit card number ransom for prospective fees.

Hi Hthein528,

We're sorry for the inconvenience!

As you mentioned that you wish to change your plan, please follow the steps shared in the link for help: Upgrade or change your Creative Cloud plan

The fee that you are being asked to pay is the cancellation fee, usually prompted when you cancel your subscription.

Please see the terms here: Legal subscription terms | Adobe

Hope this helps! Feel free to update the thread for more questions.

Thanks
