Cannot run the installer

I have disable all the firewall and anti-virus software. But still, when i run the installer, it has no response. it just simply ignored me. I tried to use creative cloud installer, same thing happened

Please ensure your computer meets or exceeds the minimum system requirements to run Creative Cloud + all other apps you intend to use.

Sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind sharing version of OS?
Do you have privileges to install the app on the machine?
Please try creating a new user account with administrator privileges and see if you are able to install the app there. Please click on the relevant link below to know how to do that:

2. For macOS: https://support.apple.com/en-in/guide/mac-help/mtusr001/mac
