Cannot sign in....

I get an unending set of "captchas" - I want to download Pro DC on my laptop (I've been using my old version for years because it has features that are not available on the subscription - but now I need it on my laptop and can't even sign in!!!! I've seen more street lights and fire hydrants than I've seen in my lifetime, and an hour later no progress whatsoever!

HELP!!!!!
