Cannot sign into Creative Cloud Desktop
Howdy! Short-time user, first time caller, blah, blah.
I can't log into Creative Cloud Desktop. This has been going on for at least 3 days. When I enter my user name and password (I've checked several times - they are correct), I get the Spiney Circle of Processing, and then this message: "Unknown Server Error. Sign in is currently unavailable. We are unable to access your account. Please try again later." There's a "Retry" button. I click it - rinse, repeat.
I have:
- Uninstalled and re-downloaded and re-installed.
- I have tried using Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool (ACCCT).
- As the directions in the read me file delineate: First, I uninstalled Desktop. Then I downloaded and opened ACCCT. However, I couldn't clean it - because it wasn't in the list - because I'd uninstalled it.
- Reinstalled, and tried cleaning then. No joy.
As I understand it, if I can't log in, the license on my computer will expire, and I won't be able to use these products - from which I make my living.
Please help asap.
