Question

Cannot uninstall and reinstall my programs or CC

So I am one of the users who is suddenly unable to use Photoshop in my primary user. The program begins to open, then I get a 205 message and photoshop has to close. I would like to uninstall all of my CC programs and reinstall fresh copies, since I've been told the 205 error is a corrupted file. However, when I try to uninstall any program, or uninstall Creative Cloud, I get a message that the Adobe servers cannot be contacted. My firewalls are off. My virus protection is off. I have connected to the internet via ethernet instead of wirelessly. I am on a Mac, running OS 10.13.6. How can I remove all the CC software and all the bits and pieces that CC installs throughout my mac, then reinstall all the programs?

Yes. Thank you. Your links FINALLY allowed me to uninstall Creative Cloud. I created a new user for myself, then reinstalled Creative Cloud and all the programs in that  new user. It's a pain to get this new user personalized, but I did not want to copy anything over from my old user, since I still don't know what caused the Photoshop/CC problem in the first place.
