Cannot uninstall Illustrator CC2015_19.2.0_Adobeillustrator19-mul

I have been trying to use Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to remove Illustrator CC2015_19.2.0_Adobeillustrator19-mul, but the application always crashes ("Quit Unexpectedly") when trying to do so. As a result I am unable to install the latest Photoshop. I have tried to follow all available directions to delete related files under /Applications, ~/Library/Application Support/, /Library/Application Support/, ~/Library/Preferences/ and so on to no avail. Can someone help me please? Thank you.

I don't see the connection between two things you say "can't uninstall Illustrator 2015" and "can't install the latest Photoshop". Probably worth telling us exactly what happens when you try to install Photoshop. Also, your macOS version. Please give specific versions, never just "latest", thanks.

Thanks for your reply. When I try to install Photoshop CC 2019 I get "Error Code 1," and some Googling told me that it's because of old installation files and thus I was led to the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. However this Tool does not work as I described in the original post. Running Catalina 10.15.2. Thank you.

Error code 1 has so many causes that it unfortunately tells us nothing at all... Sadly... Ok, in Catalina you should not be trying to install Photoshop CC 2019, which is not the latest. Please try Photoshop CC 2020 and let us know how you get on.
