Cannot Update Creative Cloud macOS Monterey

Hello,
My Creative Cloud app says that I need an administrator password to update the app. I am the admin on my computer and I tried creating a new account with admin rights with no luck. The error code is 1004
I have also tried:
- Trashing the preferences
- Running the CC unintsaller (doesn't launch)
- Running the new installer from the disk image (doesn't launch)
- Command/Option/R to reset the updater
Is this a known issue? I am stumped...
