Cannot update Creative Cloud V.3.6.0.248

When I click "Install Now" > about 60% of download the application was closed down and cannot open it again.

I use "AAMLauncherUtillities"  to open the creative cloud application again because I cannot open "Creative Cloud Application".

And when I want to Uninstall Creative Cloud application This warner has shown.

I want to fix it now because I cannot update any Adobe program Thank you.
