Good morning!

I cannot update Adobe CC and any other product from Adobe Creative Cloud on my Windows 8.1 Laptop.

On my Workstation ( Windows 7 ) runs Photoshop 2014.2.2 but on my Laptop still version 2014.0.0. The Problem is, I can not open raw files from my camera because I need the DNG-Converter 9.0 for the raw-files from Canon EOS 70 D.

Uninstall, reinstalling and so on doesn't help.

Can anybody give me any other advices, what to do to solve this problem, please?

Man thanks

Peter

Peter, thanks for the information. Please try to rename the  file AdobeUpdaterAdminPrefs.dat to AdobeUpdaterAdminPrefs.dat_old from the below mentioned location:

  • C:\Program files(x86)\common files\adobe\AAMUpdaterInventory\1.0\AdobeUpdaterAdminPrefs.dat

Hope this helps

Hi, thanks for the advice! It seems to work. I updated my CC-Apps and got a new version of PS and LR, but in the help-Menu the version is 2015.0.0. But the new filters which came with 2015.2.2 are available and working.I am not shure, if that is the old or the new version. The Splash-Screen is different from the old version.

Many thanks for your help!

Peter

Peter, we would like to know a little more about it. Do you see all the apps as up to date in Creative while they are at base version? Were you able to update it using "Help" menu within the app?

Meanwhile, try to update it using direct download link and share the results.

Hi,

many thanks for your advices. I see all apps as updated. When I start PS, I see a new splash window, but the version of PS is still 2015.0.0 and nothing is updated.

Updating with the "help" menu does not work, it is greyed-out.

Now I am trying the direct- Link...
