Cannot update Lightroom cc 7.5 to version 8 - my fix

Fault description

The Adobe Creative Cloud CC indicates that no update is required and all updates are up to date (?!?)

However, the Lightroom Classic CC version is 7.5 which is old. At same time the Photoshop CC and Camera Raw CC and Lightroom ver. 7.5  work properly.

How did I fix the problem:

1) Update Windows 10 Home edition to WindowsCreators update. Update Windows and GeForce drivers. --> NO EFFECT

1) Ctrl+Alt+R close and restart the Creative Cloud app.  --> NO EFFECT

2) Sing Out and sing In the Creative Cloud app. --> NO EFFECT

3) removed OPM.db file and sing in again Adobe Creative Cloud  --> NO EFFECT

4) Try to fix the the Creative Cloud application with Creative Cloud Uninstaller.zip --> the Creative Cloud install Update --> NO EFFECT

5) Unistalled the Creative Cloud application with Creative Cloud Uninstaller.zip --> succesfully uninstalled

6) Used CCleaner and done registry cleaning

7) Uninstalled Lightroom Classic CC & Lightroom CC with CCleaner

😎 It has been noticed that there is still a Lightroom icon on the Windows 10 desktop  -> ?!? --> and Lightroom ver. 7.5 still work ok ??! :

9) Renamed C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Lightroom CC folder to OLD_Adobe Lightroom CC

10) Reinstalled Creative Cloud application --> now Lightroom need update -> installed the Lightroom Classic CC ver. 8.1 with Adobe Creative Cloud app.

11) THE END  (... and finnaly I had to drink a bottle of Finnish vodka -> unbelievable effect)
