I have a CS6 subscription. What I can see is a button at the right side that tells "Open" and not "Install" nor "Update":

You don't update CS 6 apps to CC apps

You can leave your cs6 apps where they are and install new cc apps based on your CC subscription contract.

And from your screen shot it indicates all those apps which are CS 6 based can be opened.

If you have paid for a Adobe CC application it would show up in your screenshot.

do you have a cc subscription, or are you using a trial?

if you have a subscription embed a screenshot of the apps tab of your cc desktop app showing find additional apps>all apps
