Cannot upgrade to Creative Cloud All Apps

Hi there!

I'm trying to upgrade from two annual, monthly-paid subscriptions (Photography & Illustrator) to Creative Cloud All Apps.

When I tried to upgrade, I received this message:

In order to upgrade to a Creative Cloud All Apps, we have to cancel your current Creative Cloud Photography plan (one-year) subscription. Please click below.

I clicked on the button, and from there cancelled both of my subscriptions so that I could add the new one.

But, even now that my subscriptions are cancelled, I still get this error message when I try to add the new subscription, as if my old subscriptions hadn't been cancelled. It will not let me proceed past this point to checkout.

Any ideas?
Thank you,
J.W.

Thank you kglad!

Customer service was able to correct the problem. Apparently, the issue was that my subscriptions were still in cancellation mode but still not fully cancelled.

I appreciate your help!
