cant access installed app elements photo

I purchased this app from microsoft store , and it does not show up on my account .  I do have a few difference emails so i am thinking i got them mixed up.  Can i merge the emails so i cAN HAVE access to all of my apps ?

    I have no idea which app or account you're talking about, sorry.

     

    Purchases made from Microsoft, Google Play or Apple stores have nothing to do with Adobe.

    You need to ask at the app store where you made the purchase
