Cant cancel my monthly Adobe XD membership.

Hi,

I have two Adobe subscriptions: Adobe Indesign (Annual) and Adobe XD (Monhtly). I don't need anymore Adobe XD, hence I want to cancel my subscription.

However I can't find the option. When I go into "manage plan", it only shows me three alternatives: edit billing address, edit payment information and see transaction history.

I tried to use the support option and follow the steeps: 1. Account Issues, 2. Cancel membership, 3. Chat 24/7. The last button (chat) does nothing. I click it from different browsers: Chrome, Firefox and even Edge, and none of them works.

I have researched through different help articles and they mention a "cancel plan" option side by side with a "switch plan" options. But those are not shown for me.

I don't know what else to do, so I would appreciate any guidance on this. The next bill is going to be on April the 15th, so I would like to solve the issue before that happens if it is posible.
