Cant do updates - EVER

Question

So has anyone ever figured out how to stay conected and do updates? its been years and mine still just keeps timing out every 5-10 seconds. I have a Cox bussines conection--its not the internet. I have goggled and googled this over the years, I would have thought there would have been a fix by now!

I am acualy going to uninstall all of it and stop using Adobe. this is redicules, I am so made that I pay a month fee and I cant ever get the updates to work. all their creative cloud crap is up-to-date and it still wont work, has never been able to stay conected ERVER. gets to 10% times out and starts over and goes around and around and around. I am sure its always like that just using a ton of resorces to do nothing!
