If you would like to install Premiere Pro, you must update your system." when I try to download premiere pro, and when I click learn more it doesn't help because my computer meets all the requirements. I am on windows 10 64-bit

We're sorry for the trouble. Did you trt signing out and signing back in to Creative Cloud desktop app? Also, could you check if there is any update pending for the OS you are using?
