Cant download or update

I cant download or update anything In adobe creative cloud. I deleted every adobe product and I Cant reinstal anything. It says i dont have enogh disk space but i have 2TB of storage left

if you're not using the cc desktop app, download and install the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud

if you are using it, check the preferences to make sure you're installing in the default location.  if you're not, attach a screenshot showing your install location

and what's your os?

I am using Windows 10 And nothing shows up when i go to Prefrences Screen capture - 3273c02ff3aa4be5d1a96a905f5197c1 - Gyazo

uninstall everything cc including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud. (if you have a win os, right click the exe > click 'run as administrator'.

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials
