Stalls around 18%. 5 times in a row, can you please get the hamsters running a bit faster

Have a look if your antivirus or firewall is causing any issues with connection to the Adobe servers. Best would be to switch off/uninstall the firewall and antivirus and then try. Once the installation is done you can set up your firewall and antivirus to the old state.
