the id mentioned in @John T Smith 's message is the same one you used to make your purchase (and not necessarily the same as the one used to post to adobe's forums).

 

if you're unsure and what id to use, check your account check to verify your subscription is what you expect and to verify your adobe id, https://accounts.adobe.com

 

after doing that, if the premiere subscription is what you expect, install the cc desktop app  mentioned and linked above (or from here https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud) and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.
