cant download trial version of acrobat

I click on "download" and nothing happens, no error message,  nothing.

    Bashfulyetti I would recommend following the steps located in Download, install | trials.  Please respond to this thread if you have any questions about the steps contained within the knowledge base document.

    pop blocker is off, anti-virus is off, windows firewall is off, I have administrator rights.  is there something I am missing?  not sure what else to try.

    not sure if you guys are just done for the day or what.  ive followed the instructions like you said...i don't even get a window when i click on the dowload icon.  repeat, pop-up blocker is off, firewal off, anti-virus off, i have administrative rights.  please help.
