Cant download update for Adobe Photo Elements 2021

showing that an update is available but when i try to download and install on a Mac i get the following message,

I cannot find anwhere to install the update, any help would be appreciated.

I'm not a Mac user but that looks like your computer's asking for permission to allow PSE to connect to the Internet to receive the update. What happens if you click Choose Application and select PSE 2021?

are you opening your pse 2021 and seeing an update notice there and then clicking install, or are you then clicking help>updates, or are you doing something else?
