Cant Install Adobe Creative cloud

Hello guys! I'm having A LOT of trouble in installing the creative cloud app. The installer always stucks at 58% and it gives me the error code C303. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the app several times, even used the creative cloud uninstaller and nothing! I dont know whats happening, maybe its because i've changed my windows from the HDD to SSD and i am currently using both in my machine, but i'm not sure.

Homemb66538101, sorry you are encountering problems with the installation process.  Can you clarify the process you went through when you did the following, "i've changed my windows from the HDD to SSD."  What does this mean?  What steps did you perform?
