Cant install Adobe software and it's wasting my time and money

I clean installed MacOS and yet this is happening. This is really annoying. Do I really have to clean install MacOS again?

How come? Why Adobe does not support APFS CS?

I don't work for Adobe, so I can't answer questions about programming decisions

I just know that if you want to install Adobe programs, you can't do so on that drive
