Cant install apps

Hello. I purchased the adobe cloud for students. I downloaded adobe cloud but i can see only XD, premiere Rush, Fresco, Bridge, and Aero. I cant download illustrator, photoshop or any other adobe programs. But my plan includes 20 apps.

In the web profile, they are offering to download all the apps but in the adobe cloud I can't see them and they are not downloading when I try to download them from the web (adobe profile)...
