Cant Install Creative Cloud

It all started with opening photoshop - requiring a serial code sent to my email account to log into Adobe, it would just keep asking me to verify my account by loading a browser page, signing me, meanwhile endless circle/loading. 

Then I use the AdobeLimitedAccessRepairTool (as I couldnt uninstall the apps because I was now locked out of Adobe), now im trying to reinstall CC, and its doing the exact same thing it was when I was trying to sign in in the first place. 

Ive tried disabling my antivirus and firewall, checking net connection etc, and I didnt need to manually fix HOST file. 

Any ideas on what else to do?
