Cant install emements 2024

When i double click on the installer, a window opens but will not maxamixe and then freezes.

The installer screen for Photoshop Elements 2024 is a fixed size and doesn't maximize.

Can you post a screenshot of what your seeing?

If your using Wi-Fi try an ethernet cable if you have one and turn off the Wi-Fi , then try installing pse 2024.
